Here at Tangerine Kitty we ship our products through USPS.
Most large items will be shipped Priority Mail and smaller items shipped First Class mail. All US orders will come with Delivery Confirmation.
We can not be held responsible for packages that may get lost or damaged. If you would like to add shipping insurance please contact us before ordering! Thanks.
We try to ship orders within 24 hours.
International Shipping
Dued to some products being a heavy shipping item please contact us with your order and shipping address and we will get the correct shipping cost for your area, we will contact you back with the total. After your approval we will process your order. Contact us with any questions you may have.
Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item please contact us within 7 days of shipping date.
Shipping charges are non- refundable and it is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us. The item must be in it's orginal condition including tags. A refund will be credited back to your account once we recieve and approve the items condition.
